Our catering business is based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland. We have two Airstream food units – one specialising in German Street Food and our other one is the ‘Duck Truck’ providing Crispy Aromatic Duck Wraps and loaded Duck fries.

Being huge fans of German food we decided to bring the authentic taste of Bratwurst, Currywurst, Chicken Schnitzel and daily specials to the event scene both in the North east and all over Scotland.

Our food is sourced both from Germany and also from two fantastic local suppliers here in the North East. Our Bratwursts are sourced directly from Germany and our Chicken Schnitzels are made by our local Award-Winning Butcher – Ewan Morrice of Stuartfield, Aberdeenshire. Our Bread Subs are made by another local Award-Winning supplier ‘Murdoch Allen Bakery’ based in Hatton, Aberdeenshire and are delivered freshly baked to our events.

The Duck Truck - we provide delicious Crispy Aromatic Duck Wraps and Loaded Duck fries as a meal option from this brand-new Airstream. Having taken ownership of this unit back in June 2025, the Duck Truck has proved very popular for us both with event organisers and corporate customers.

Our German Street Food Airstream is resplendent in a 50’s Retro style mirrored outside covering and is handmade to the highest specification, with a detail that is second to none. The manufacturer keeps the authentic look and feel based on the vehicles original outside design while housing twenty-first-century functionality for the mobile catering industry.
