Pork sausage (25cm long) - served in a 9” bread sub roll including a choice of condiments (Pickled Gherkins, Sauerkraut, Crispy onions) and a choice of sauces.

Beechwood-smoked pork Frankfurter sausage (25cm long) with a creamy Emmental cheese filling served in a 9” bread sub roll.

Beef sausage (28cm long) with a mild hint of smokey chilli flavour - served in a 9” bread sub roll.

Slice Bratwurst served with fries and BBQ sauce, loaded with cheese, spring onions and garlic mayo.

Sliced pork Bratwurst served with fries and topped with warm home-made curry sauce.

Pork Hot Dog for children - served in a finger roll.

Butterflied Chicken Breast coated in savoury breadcrumbs mix (gluten free and allergen free) topped with honey mustard sauce & spring onions, served with skin on fries.
